Unfortunately, it wasn’t until the 50's when cars started getting real names that would differentiate themselves.
I call this one, the Sedan. Because that’s what it is. A Dodge Sedan. Has either two or four doors.
Granted, some companies still haven’t found a way to name their vehicles very effectively. Maserati still hasn’t grown up. Those damn Italians and their “four door.” Very original. Sure.

Without a shot or the ass end - 48 Dodge. Back then tail lights were very distinctive year to year.
